This Mesa home had its original 1970s blue tile bathroom intact — stained grout, a fiberglass insert that had yellowed over decades, and a floor-level shower pan that had developed a slow leak. We removed the tub entirely, converted the space to a full walk-in shower, and installed Euro Series Cracked Cement panels with matte black fixtures and an open entry configuration. What the Before Photos Have in Common
