At AZ Fast Bath, we believe a beautiful shower should provide decades of dependable performance. That is why every qualifying shower system we install is backed by the manufacturer’s Limited Lifetime Warranty, along with our commitment to professional installation and exceptional customer service.
If a covered product or our installation experiences a defect in materials or workmanship, we will inspect the issue and work with you to make it right. We don’t disappear after the installation — we’re here to support our customers long after the project is complete.
What Our Warranty Covers
- Professional installation performed by AZ Fast Bath
- Manufacturer defects on qualifying shower wall systems, bases, and components
- Installation completed using manufacturer-approved waterproofing methods and practices
- Assistance coordinating manufacturer warranty claims when applicable
- Water-tight installation completed in accordance with manufacturer specifications
What Is Not Covered
Like all manufacturer and contractor warranties, certain conditions are excluded from coverage, including:
- Damage caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, or accidents.
- Improper cleaning methods or use of harsh or abrasive chemicals not approved by the manufacturer.
- Alterations, modifications, or repairs performed by anyone other than AZ Fast Bath.
- Damage caused by structural movement, foundation settlement, plumbing failures outside the scope of our work, or other building-related issues.
- Damage resulting from flooding, fire, storms, earthquakes, or other acts of nature.
- Normal cosmetic wear, scratches, chips, or impact damage to glass or finished surfaces.
- Wear items such as sealants or caulking that may require normal homeowner maintenance over time.
- Conditions that existed before installation or work outside the contracted project scope.
Appearance, Care & Glass
Product appearance. Our premium wall systems are manufactured to replicate the natural beauty of stone, marble, concrete, and other materials. Variations in color, veining, texture, and pattern are a normal part of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.
Cleaning & maintenance. Your new shower is designed to provide years of low-maintenance performance. To preserve its appearance and warranty coverage, follow the manufacturer’s approved cleaning and maintenance guidelines. Damage caused by improper cleaners, abrasive products, or neglected maintenance is not covered.
Glass & hardware. Glass and hardware are carefully inspected before installation. Glass breakage caused by impact or accidental damage after installation is not covered. Decorative hardware finishes may naturally wear over time depending on environmental conditions, water quality, and cleaning methods.
Done Right the First Time
Every AZ Fast Bath installation is completed according to manufacturer specifications using proven waterproofing methods and quality craftsmanship. We believe in doing the job right the first time, never cutting corners, and treating every home with the same care we’d expect in our own.
If an installation issue covered under our workmanship commitment ever arises, we’ll inspect it promptly and work with you toward a fair resolution. Customer service doesn’t end when the installation is complete — if you ever have questions about your shower, we’re only a phone call away.
